Confirm the request inside the account
Open the saved Swift site directly, sign in and match the document request to the Upload Docs page. Record the requested type, purpose, accepted format, size limit and case reference before selecting files.
Do not rely on an email attachment link when the account contains no matching request. Contact support through the signed-in route if the message is unexpected.

Prepare readable, minimal evidence
Use complete colour images with visible edges and matching profile details. For payment ownership, follow the published masking allowance and leave the holder name and permitted suffix readable.
Never submit passwords, CVV codes, banking logins, seed phrases or one-time authentication codes. Name each file by purpose and date without exposing full account numbers in the filename.
Obtain a document-level decision
Save the upload timestamp and status for every item. If rejected, ask which field failed and replace only that file through Upload Docs rather than resending the whole set by email.
When accepted, ask whether identity, address, payment ownership and any source-of-funds review are all closed. Keep the answer with the withdrawal record.
